- Download - DownloadHere you can download the latest evaluation versions of the AIA software. AIA is compliant to RESORT v3.25 specification. The AIA installation process installs Tele-Help Controller on service centre and client side on a Win98/98SE/ME/2000/XP platform.
Currently it is recommended to install Microsoft Netmeeting 3 in order to enable audio/video and application sharing functionality (already included in Windows 2000 and XP). AIA software also runs without Netmeeting.

After having installed RESORT Evaluation Kit on client and on service centre PC it is recommended to install one or more RESORT compliant RT systems (e.g: AUTONOMY, Mr.Step, MULTITEXT, others to follow).
